Shipping policy:

Crystalcello Musical Instruments ships via Fedex Ground or USPS for most of the shipments to the lower 48 states. Contact us for shipping rates outside of the lower 48 states (Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO) and international), and expedited shipping. Freight rates are changing, so do confirm with us the availability of shipping for your order.

We offer "direct from the warehouse" purchases for those who wish to save shipping, insurance and handling fees. You may select directly from our stock, just make an appointment with us. There are no returns, exchanges or refunds. On direct warehouse purchases as these are final transactions. There will be a $10.00 warehouse fee for your day's purchase. We do accept credit cards with photo ID for payment in full.

Return and Exchange policy:

Customer satisfaction is an important issue with us. Our merchandise is guaranteed to be as it has been described. If you feel the merchandise must be returned for good reason we will refund the item price less a 20% restocking fee. It is important that you contact us with the reason for the return within 7 days and include all original packaging and the packing slip sent by e-mail with the tracking no. to us with the returned merchandise. The return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned merchandise must be in unused condition.The package can not be returned without our #RA.

If merchandise arrives in flawed condition or is an incorrectly shipped item, please contact us within 3 days with the details of the problem and we can usually solve any such issues by exchanging the merchandise for you. The shipping in both directions for this exchange are the responsibility of the seller. It is important that you include all original packaging with the merchandise shipped back to us for exchange. On rare occasions such problems do occur and you will find that we do our best to resolve them to your satisfaction.
